Account data: name, email, and authentication details.

Product data: the goals, habits, reflections, and notes you enter into Nortefy.

Usage data: basic telemetry about how the product is used, so we can improve it.

3. How We Use It

We use your data to run Nortefy for you: to save your content, sync it across devices, send transactional email, and improve the product over time. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it to train third-party advertising models.

4. Processors

We rely on a small number of trusted vendors (hosting, email, payments, analytics) to operate the service. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data. Email us and we'll action your request within 30 days.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your content is removed from production systems within 30 days and from backups within 90.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to personnel who need it to operate the service.

8. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies for authentication and to understand aggregate usage. No third-party advertising cookies.
