1. Acceptance

By creating a Nortefy account or otherwise accessing the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Nortefy is an operating system for life alignment, provided as a hosted web application. We may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion as the product evolves.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.

4. Acceptable Use

Don't abuse the service, other users, or the underlying infrastructure. No scraping, reverse engineering, or using Nortefy to build a competing product.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Your Content

What you write in Nortefy belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the service for you.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the service at risk.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nortefy is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
